A 30 Day experiment of drinking green smoothies, getting off refined sugar, and eating 60-80% fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains. I want to know after working out for 3 weeks and gaining five pounds, how much weight I will lose doing exercise and eating 60-80 % raw.
